Calculators
Are the calculators free?
Yes, all of them, with no sign-up and no limit.
Do you see the times I type?
No. The calculations run in your browser. Time cards and timesheets are saved only on your own device.
How do I convert minutes to decimal hours?
Divide the minutes by 60. 45 minutes is 0.75 hours, so 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 hours. The time calculator converts both ways.
How is overtime calculated?
Overtime hours times your hourly rate times the multiplier, usually 1.5. The rules for when overtime starts depend on your country, state and contract.

What is the ClockBadge Time Clock?
A browser app that turns a tablet into a punch clock. Employees punch in with a QR badge, an RFID card or their name and PIN, and you get the hours ready for payroll.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Punches are stored on the tablet and sent with their original time when the connection is back.
Which RFID readers work?
Most USB readers that act as a keyboard: they type the card number and press Enter. They work on Android tablets and on iPads with a USB adapter.
Can workers see the screen in their own language?
Yes. Each employee can have their own language on the tablet, including Croatian, German, Nepali, Tagalog, Hindi and Arabic.
Is it available now?
It is in early access. Join the waitlist on the time clock page and we will let you know when it opens.
Pricing and billing
How much does the time clock cost?
Free for up to 3 employees. Bigger teams pay €3 per employee per month.
Do you charge VAT?
The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the paid month.
Privacy and data
Where is the data stored?
On Cloudflare, with the database in the European Union.
Who owns the punch data?
Your company does. We process it only to run the time clock for you, under our data processing terms, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account removes the company, team, punches and tablets for good.
