Work schedule maker

Plan the week for your team: type each shift, see the hours add up per person and per day, and print the schedule for the wall or the break room.

Type shifts as 8-16 or 08:00-16:30. Night shifts like 22-6 work too. Leave a day empty or write OFF.

How to make a work schedule

Add a row for each person and type their shift for every day. The hours for each person and each day add up as you type, so you can see at once if someone is over 40 hours or a day is short of people.

Use the ⇉ button to copy someone's first shift to all empty weekdays, then change the days that differ. The schedule is saved in this browser, so you can come back next week and change it.

Schedules that check themselves

A printed schedule says who should be there. The ClockBadge Time Clock shows who actually came: employees punch in on a tablet, and the dashboard warns you when someone scheduled has not clocked in.

Questions

How do I write night shifts?

Type them as usual, for example 22-6. The maker sees that the shift ends the next morning and counts 8 hours.

Are unpaid breaks subtracted?

No. The maker counts the time from the start to the end of the shift. If breaks are unpaid, plan the shift with the break in mind or note it in the name of the schedule.

Can I download the schedule?

Print it or save it as a PDF with the print button. There is also a free Excel template with formulas that add up the hours.

Is my schedule stored online?

No. It stays in your browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Your team can punch in on a tablet

ClockBadge Time Clock turns any tablet into a punch clock. Workers tap a badge, scan a QR code or pick their name. It keeps working without internet and adds up every hour for you.
